Return Process

    Upon arrival, please check your pasta box for any signs of damage or missing ingredients to ensure everything is ready for your kitchen.

    Document the Issue

    If your order is damaged or incorrect, please take clear photographs of the items and the delivery packaging as soon as possible.

    Contact Our Chefs

    Email our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can investigate the issue immediately.

    Resolution & Refund

    Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a complimentary replacement box to be sent in the next available slot.
