How does the delivery process work?
We deliver nationwide across the UK. Your pasta kit is packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure it stays chilled and fresh during transit. You do not need to be home to receive your delivery as our couriers can leave it in a designated safe place.
How long does the pasta stay fresh?
Our fresh pasta and authentic sauces are designed to be kept in the fridge and typically have a shelf life of 1 to 3 days upon arrival. For longer storage, most of our pasta shapes and sauces are suitable for freezing for up to one month.
Can I manage or pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your customer portal. You can skip a week, pause your plan, or cancel at any time before your specific weekly cutoff deadline.
Do you offer options for specific dietary requirements?
Yes, we take pride in being inclusive. Each week our menu features delicious gluten-free and vegetarian options. You can filter our menu by dietary preference to find the perfect dish for your needs.
